The recommended ages for our soft play set-ups are 0-4 years. Our ball pit rentals and Bounce Castles come in different sizes suitable for crawlers up to young adults.
How often and what do you use to clean your equipment?
Each piece of equipment is carefully cleansed and sanitized before and after your event. We use an eco-friendly disinfectant product that kills up to 99.9% of viruses (EPA- approved to kill novel corona virus), bacteria and fungus with pure-non toxic, no chemical residue and natural ingredients that are safe for all children.

What areas do you serve and is there a delivery fee?
Our services are available on the beautiful Island of Maui. Delivery fee will be determined once we confirm location of your event and logistical needs related to servicing your space.
Are your soft play rentals for indoor only?
Our Soft Play rentals are commercial grade for both indoor and outdoor use. Outdoor events are possible with weather premitting, as well as leveled outdoor ground.
How far in advance should I book and how do I book your services?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and ensure we have ample time to create a magical experience tailored to your event. Popular dates tend to fill up quickly, so it's best to reserve your spot in advance.
Do you require a deposit when booking?
Yes, depending on what it is you are booking a percentage of your grand total is required to secure your event date. However, if your event is within the month then full payment is required. Due to high demand, we do not hold dates.
Do you assemble and breakdown equipment?
Yes, We will coordinate with client appropriate time frames for both setup and breakdown. Assembly and breakdown requires 30-90 mins separately depending on the size of your rental equipment package.
Are your services kid-friendly and safe?
Absolutely! The safety and enjoyment of all guests, including children, are our top priorities. Our soft play equipment is designed with child safety in mind, and all our services are conducted by professional and experienced staff.
Do children need to be supervised while using your soft play equipment?
Yes, each child absolutely needs to be monitored during use of our soft play equipment. While our equipment is soft, safe, and sanitized, adults’ eyes should stay on the little ones at all times. We provide an attendant to make sure the rules are being followed and that the playground is being used in a safe and fun way, but attendant on site is NOT responsible for the supervision of children.
